摘要
以运输工具动力为标志,归纳了自然力运输时代和动力机械运输时代2个阶段的军交运输特征。在军交运输历史发展轨迹中,蕴藏着基本规律,阐述了这些基本规律在军交运输的未来发展中仍将发挥作用。为适应新军事变革和交通运输科技发展等环境条件变化,制定全面推进军交运输现代化的建设发展规划提供理论指导。
Taking transportation tools＇ motor as the sign,this paper summarized characters of military traffic transportation of two phases of natural motor transportation and motor machine transportation,and gave some basic law into full play which contained in the historical development of military transportation.To meet the needs of innovative military revolution and transport science development,lay down construction development plan to carry military transportation modernization.
