基于循环谱分析的汽车变速器轴承故障诊断 被引量:2

摘要 利用二阶循环谱对6种不同间隙和滚道表面状态下的汽车变速器轴承振动信号进行了分析。在循环频率-频率平面内搜索特征频率面,对特征频率面内的幅值进行累加,提取出汽车变速器轴承故障特征。试验与分析结果表明,利用二阶循环谱理论能有效地提取汽车变速器轴承振动信号的故障特征。 In this paper,the vibration signals of automobile transmission bearings in six different technical state were analyzed by the method of second order cyclic spectrum.Through searching the characteristic frequency plane and calculating amplitudes in it,the fault characteristics of automobile transmission bearings were extracted.The testing and analytic result shows that it was effective to distill fault characteristics of automobile transmission bearings by second order cyclic spectrum theory.
