摘要
目前美军后勤系统实施了由储备式后勤向供应链管理的变革。通过解读美国《国防部供应链管理实施指南》这一指导性文件，分析了这一变革的背景，阐述了美军军事物流建设的模式、方法、步骤和主要技术等问题，并得出对我军物流体系建设的启示。
Recently,the US military logistics system implemented a reform that the storage-based logistics has been re- placed by supply chain management. Reflecting on the DOD Supply Chain Management Implementation Guide published by the Department of Defense in US, this paper firstly analyzed the reformation background, the model, the steps, the methods and the technologies. Finally ,the suggestions which construct Chinese logistics system are presented.
