摘要
美陆军为满足军队转型需要，推行了知识管理战略。从组织领导、条令条例和实施措施等方面分析美陆军知识管理战略，提出了适合我军实施知识管理的对策建议。
For meeting the demand of the army transformation, US army takes the strategy of knowledge management. Some advises for the implementation of knowledge management in Chinese army has been provided based on analyzing the army knowledge management from the aspects of organization, ordinances and measures.
