妊娠期糖代谢异常对新生儿血糖水平的影响 被引量：5

摘要 妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM）可导致新生儿窒息、巨大儿、早产儿、新生儿低血糖等多种新生儿临床并发症,严重者影响患儿呼吸功能及脑发育^[1].笔者对产科妊娠期糖代谢异常母亲的新生儿80例进行48h血糖动态监测，并与健康母亲所生的正常新生儿40名进行比较分析，
