摘要
自１９８３ 年１ 至１９９３ 年３ 月，我院放射治疗７０ 岁以上老年人（ 老年） 食管癌４６ 例，其中Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病人占８２－６ ％ ，伴发病多达４７－８ ％ 。全组１ 、３ 、５ 年生存率分别为４５－７ ％ 、２２－７％ 、１１－９ ％ 。初步结果表明：放射治疗对老年食管癌患者是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。同时应注意伴发病的治疗。
Esophagus cancer in 46 elderly patients were treated by radiotherapy from 1983 to 1993.Stage of Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 82 6%.The were 47 8% of the esophageal carcinoma accompanied by the other diseases in the elderly patients.The overall survival rates of 1、3、5 years were 45 7%、22 7%、11 9%,respectively.The preliminary results shown that radiotherapy was safe and effective for esophageal cancer in the elderly patients.
