摘要
小细胞肺癌（ Ｓ Ｃ Ｌ Ｃ） 常规治疗的效果不佳，但提高化疗药物的剂量强度可以改善预后。高剂量化疗（ Ｈ Ｄ Ｃ） 联合自体造血干细胞移植（ Ａ Ｓ Ｃ Ｔ） 治疗 Ｓ Ｃ Ｌ Ｃ 的结果表明，局限期患者在诱导化疗达到完全缓解或接近完全缓解后接受移植，可以提高无病生存率，延长生存期，但对广泛期及复发耐药者的长期生存并无改善。造血干细胞移植在综合治疗中的地位，怎样合理安排各种治疗手段以及造血干细胞产品的纯化等问题有待进一步的深化和研究。
