摘要
ｂｃｌ２ 基因是凋亡抑制基因，最初被发现于 Ｂ 细胞淋巴瘤，近年发现妇科肿瘤组织中也有ｂｃｌ２ 蛋白表达，其在肿瘤发生、发展中起重要作用，但其作用机制尚待进一步研究。
