摘要
采用激光粒度仪、Zeta电位测试仪等对制备的季铵盐乳化沥青的粒度分布和Zeta电位情况进行测试,分析了季铵盐乳化剂对乳化沥青粒度分布和Zeta电位的影响机理,探讨了乳化剂用量和pH值对透层乳化沥青存储稳定性的影响.结果表明:当乳化剂质量分数为1.6%、乳液pH值为4时,透层乳化沥青的存储稳定性最好.
The particle size distribution and Zeta potential of a kind of quaternary ammonium salts emulsified asphalt were investigated,and the effects of the amount of emulsifier and pH value on the storage stability were discussed.The results have shown that the amount of emulsifier and pH value had an obvious influence on the average particle size,Zeta potential and storage stability of the asphalt emulsion.Moreover,the experiment has shown that the optimum amount and pH value of the quaternary ammonium salt was 1.6 wt% and 4 respectively.
