大青叶蝉刺体的扫描电镜观察 被引量:3

摘要 为了对研究叶蝉刺体的结构、功能及应用提供参考,用扫描电镜对大青叶蝉的卵、若虫、雌雄性成虫前翅进行了观察。结果表明,大青叶蝉的卵、若虫、雌雄性成虫翅表都有刺体存在,且均为球状刺体。与体表刺体相比,卵体刺表面孔洞的数目较少,深度较小。 The eggs,nymphs,forewings of male and female adults of Cicadella viridis were observed under scanning electron microscope.The observation proved that brochosomes were sphere and existed in all of them.Compared with IBS,the number of EBS's holes was less and the depth of the hole was shallower.
