摘要
为明确油茶茶苞病原菌——细丽外担菌(Exobasldium gracile)的生物学特性,研究了温度、光照、pH值、不同培养基及不同碳氮源对其生长的影响。结果表明,该菌生长的温度范围为5~30℃,最适温度为25℃;在pH值4~8均可生长,最适pH值为7;PDA培养基和NA培养基比较适宜病原菌的生长,加入油茶叶煎汁对病原菌生长没有显著影响;对碳源的利用以蔗糖最佳,对氮源的利用以硝态氮最佳;光照对病菌的生长没有显著影响。
The effects of temperature,illumination,pH,medium and carbon and nitrogen source on growth of Exobasidium gracile on Camellia oleifera were studied to confirm biological characteristics of Exobasidium gracile.The results showed that the temperature range for mycelium growth was 5~30℃,the optimum temperature was 25℃,the mycelial might grow in pH 4~8,the optimum pH value was 7.The mycelium could grow better on PDA and NA media than others,the decoction of Camellia oleifera leaves had no significant effect on mycelium growth,the best carbon source and nitrogen source were sucrose and nitrate nitrogen respectively,illumination had no significant effect on mycelium growth.
