摘要 为给我国火龙果的生产和科研提供参考和依据,综述了国内外火龙果研究进展及产业的概况,阐明了火龙果的应用及发展前景,并对火龙果研究和产业发展中存在的问题和未来研究方向提出了建议。 To provide reference and basis for production and scientific research of pitaya in China,in this paper,the present research status and industrial development of pitaya were reviewed,application and development prospect were clarified and suggestions on problems existing in research and industrial development of pitaya and research directions in the future were proposed as well.
