浙产山胡椒叶挥发油化学成分的研究

Analysis of the constituents of the volatile oil from the Leaf of Lindera Glauca(Sieb.et Zucc.)BL.from Zhejiang

目的研究浙产山胡椒叶挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,运用气相色谱一质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果从山胡椒叶的挥发油中,分析并鉴定出21个化合物。结论主要含α-杜松醇,氧化石竹烯,.tau-.Muurolol,橙化叔醇,A-毕橙茄醇,氧化别香橙烯,n-棕榈酸,檀香醇,金合欢醇等,它们占挥发油总量的50.07%。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the leaves of Lindera Glauca（Sieb.et Zucc.） BL.from Zhejiang.METHODS The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation,analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry and elucidated based on the standard mass spectral data.The relative content of each composition was calculated by area normalization method.RESULTS Twenty-one kinds of essential components were identified from the volatile oil.CONCLUSION Of the volatile oil,the major constituents were.alpha.-Cadinol,Caryophyllene oxide,.tau.-Muurolol,1,6,10-Dodecatrien-3-ol,3,7,11-trimethyl-,（S-（Z））-,1-Naphthalenol,1,2,3,4,4a,7,8,8a-octahydro-1,6-dimethyl-4-（1-methylethyl）-,（1R-（1.alpha.,4.beta.,4a.beta.,8a.beta.））-,Alloaromadendrene oxide-（1）,n-Hexadecanoic acid,Santalol,2,6,10-Dodecatrien-1-ol,3,7,11-trimethyl-,（E,E）-,which were 50.07% of the whole volatile oil.
