摘要
目的: 探讨性早熟儿童血清中微量元素及其变化情况。方法: 两组儿童各从静脉取血3 m L, 用日本岛津生产的ICPQ-1012 型高频等离子体发射光谱仪测定血清中微量元素锌、铜、锰、铅值。结果: 性早熟儿童血清锌、铜均降低, 经统计学处理有显著性差异 (P< 0.01)。结论: 性早熟儿童血微量元素的变化为锌、铜降低, 尤以锌显著。这种改变是促使性发育提前的因素之一, 还是性早熟致使儿童体内微量元素产生变化?
objective: To investigate the change of trace elements in children with idiopathic sexual precocity. Methods: Trace elements including zinc, copper, manganese and lead in the blood of children with idiopathic sexual precocity were determined and compared to that of normal children. Results: Zinc and copper level in the blood are lower in idiopathic sexual precocity children than those in normal children( P <0 01). Conclusion: Children with idiopathic sexual precocity have lower blood zinc and copper level, suggesting their possible role in the pathogenesis of the disease.
