高效液相色谱法测定伤痛宁膏中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Shangtongning plaster by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定伤痛宁膏中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱;乙腈∶0.1%磷酸溶液(50∶50)(每100mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1g)为流动相;流速:1mL.min-1;检测波长265nm。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.3069-1.5345μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.04%,RSD=0.96%(n=9);结论该方法简便,快捷,准确度高,可用于伤痛灵膏中小檗碱的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determine quantitatively of berberine in Shangtongning plaster.METHODS The column was Kromasil C18;the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（50∶50,V/V）（100mL per 0.1g of SDS）;the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1;the detective wavelength was 365nm.RESULTS The linear range of Berberine Hydrochloride was 0.3069~1.5345μg（r=0.9999）,the The average recovery rate was 99.04%,and RSD was 0.96%;CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be applied to the determination of berberine in Shangtongning plaster.
