摘要
目的探讨胰岛素抵抗(IR)与脑出血的关系。方法检测21例脑出血(CH)患者的血脂、血糖(FPG)、胰岛素(FINS),计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),并与50名同龄健康对照组比较。结果 CH组FPG、FINS显著高于对照组(P<0.001);ISI显著低于对照组(P<0.001),TC,TG明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CH患者存在IR,IR可能是其独立危险因素之一。
OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between insulin resistance（IR） and Cerebral hemorrhage（CH）.METHODS The blood lipid,fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,insulin（FINS） were examined in 21 CH,and 50 age matched controls,and their insulin sensitivity index（ISI） were calculated.RESULTS FPG,FINS in the CH group was significantly higher（P0.001）,ISI was significantly lower than the control group（P0.001）;TC,TG was significantly higher（P0.05） when compared with controls.CONCLUSION There is IR in patients with CH,IR may be one of its risk factors for CH.
