600MW机组锅炉高温受热面炉内壁温测量初探 被引量:8

摘要 测量了一台600 MW自然循环亚临界参数锅炉部分屏式过热器、高温过热器和高温再热器管段的炉内管壁温度,测量一次元件选用镍铬-镍硅铠装热电偶,并对热电偶与管壁的接触点处进行了保温处理,介绍了测点的布置工艺。在锅炉低、中、高等不同稳定负荷下对上述管壁温度进行了测量,结果证明在锅炉中低负荷下,实测温度可以与表盘显示温度保持较好的一致,然而在锅炉较高负荷下测量基本失效,究其原因可能在于测点的布置、绝热措施的处理以及热电偶测量方案的选择等均有考虑不足的地方。在今后的测量中,若要实现炉内高温受热面管壁温度的精确测量尤其是锅炉高负荷下的测量,需要在热电偶和保温等方面进行更多的研究和讨论。 The wall temperatures of the platen superheater,high temperature superheater and high temperature reheater were measured for a subcritical boiler of 600 MW unit.The armored nickel chromium-nickel silicon thermocouple was adopted as the primary element for measuring,and the joints of the thermocouples and the heating surfaces were heat insulated.The different running conditions of the boiler were prepared for the measuring of walls temperatures.The result showed that the measured values of the wall temperatures could match well those of the DCS panel when the boiler load was low,while the measurement would be invalid when the boiler load was high.The possible reasons were the choice of the improper thermocouple and the deficient heat insulation.Further study and analysis should be made for more precise measurement of the wall temperatures in the boiler.
