摘要
结合工作实际,介绍了钢铁企业科研档案的特点,分析了科研档案在收集、整理、开发利用等方面的问题,提出做好科研档案管理工作应从提高认识、健全制度、强化素质等方面着手,以更好地发挥科研档案的作用。
Based actual working practice, the author introduces the features of scientific research archive in iron and steel enterprise, analyzes the issues of scientific research archive regarding collecting, cataloguing and utilizing , which need to be highlighted, proposes to improve the scientific research archive management by means of enhancing understanding, improving system and quality so as to make better use of the scientific research archive.
