S45C中厚板分层分析及预防措施

摘要 临钢炼钢厂自生产S45C以来,60 mm以上的S45C中厚板在切割、机加工及热处理过程中有分层现象。经分析发现钢板压缩比不够、热处理性能差、分层处偏析、大夹杂多是中厚板产生分层的主要原因。通过采取提高压缩比,改变交货状态,增加电磁搅拌,控制钢水过热度,控制钢包吹氩压力,实行钢水全程保护浇注,提高耐材质量等相应措施,实现避免或减少S45C中厚板分层缺陷的目标。 Since producing the S45C 60 mm above,plate in cutting,machining and heat treatment process appeared layer-buit defect at Lin-gang.The analysis found that the layering reasons of which compression ratio wasn′t enough,performance in heat was worse,layer segregated,inclusion were great.By improving the compression ratio,transforming delivery status,increasing electromagnetic stirring,controlling of overheat and steel ladle blow argon pressure,implementing the whole protection steel casting quality refractories corresponding measures such as,realize to avoid or minimize S45C plate layered defects goal.
