甘肃省燃煤电厂作业体力劳动强度分级调查

Investigation on standard of labor intensity at physical work in thermo-power plant.

目的 了解甘肃省燃煤电厂作业体力劳动强度，健全该行业劳动保护，合理调配劳动力。方法我们依据“体力劳动强度分级”标准（ Ｇ Ｂ—３８６９ —８３） 规定的方法对甘肃省８ 个燃煤电厂各８０ 个岗位（ 燃运分场１７ 个、锅炉分场１６ 个、汽机分场１５ 个、化学分场６ 个、电气分场１３ 个、机修分场１３ 个） 进行了体力劳动强度分级调查。结果 Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、和Ⅳ级体力劳动强度分别占２７ ．５ ％ 、５０ ．０ ％ 、１７ ．５ ％ 和５ ．０ ％ 。结论 燃煤电厂的体力劳动强度存在着不合理方面，需要进一步调配。

Objective To find out the physical labor intensity of thermo-power in Gansu Province,to implement the law of labor protection and to adjust appropriately labor power.Methods According to classified standard of labor intensity at physical work GB-3869-83,we had investigated each 80 jobs of 8 thermo-power plants,(17 jobs in the fuel transportation workshop、16 jobs in the boiler workshop、15 jobs in the turbogenerater workshop、6 jobs in the chemistry workshop、13 jobs in the electric workshop、13 jobs in the machinery repair workshop).Results The results shows the physical work intensity Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ and Ⅳ grades are 27.5%、50.0%、17.5% and 5.0%.Conclusions There are some unreasonable aspect about physical work in the thermo-power plant.
