卡托普利联合阿司匹林对早期糖尿病肾病的防治作用

Effect of catopril with aspirin on incepient diabetic nephropathy

目的 比较卡托普利和阿司匹林联合与单独应用卡托普利对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。方法 将６７ 例尿白蛋白排泄率（ Ｕ Ａ Ｅ Ｒ）２０ ～２００μｇ／ ｍｉｎ 的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分为 Ｔ 组（３３ 例） 和 Ｃ 组（３４例） ，在降糖治疗的同时， Ｔ 组给予卡托普利和阿司匹林， Ｃ 组给予卡托普利，疗程为１２ 周，分别观察治疗前后两组 Ｕ Ａ Ｅ Ｒ 变化。结果 两组治疗后 Ｕ Ａ Ｅ Ｒ 水平均较治疗前明显下降（ Ｐ 分别为＜ ０ ．００５ ，＜ ０ ．０１） ，但 Ｔ组 Ｕ Ａ Ｅ Ｒ 下降程度明显大于 Ｃ 组（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论 较之单独应用卡托普利，卡托普利和阿司匹林联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病，具有更显著的疗效。

Objective Comparing the efficacy between the catopril with aspirin and catopril in the treatment of incepient diabetic nephropathy.Methods 67 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus whose UAER is 20～200μg/min were randomized into group T ( n =33) and group C( n =34) and treated for 12 weeks with either catopril with aspirin or catopril and observed the changes of UAER before and after the treatment separately.Results The results showed that both group T and group C led to reduction of UAER( P <0.005,<0.01)but the level of reduction of UAER was higher in group T than in group C( P <0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of the catopril with aspirin was better than that of the catopril singly on incepient diabetic nephropathy.
