后房型人工晶体植入术后房角镜观察

Gonioscopy exam after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.

目的 观察后房型人工晶体植入术后房角的改变。方法 对３６ 例（４０ 只眼） 白内障囊外摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术患者进行房角、眼压、视力及眼底等检查。结果 虹膜周边前粘连发生率为８２ ．５ ％ ，人工晶体固定形式囊袋内与睫状沟固定二者之间差异无显著性（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） ，人工晶体水平位与垂直位之间有非常显著性（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１）”结论 本组观察虹膜周边前粘连发生率虽高，但对眼压、视力无明显影响。

Objective To observe the changes of anterior chamber angle after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.Methods 36 cases(40 eyes)of senile cataract with extra-capsular extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation were examed by gonioscopy and vision,intraocular presure(IOP)et al,were examed.Results Peripheral anterior synechia(PAS) were found in 33 eyes (82.5%).It's not significant between the type of lens fixation,sulus and capsular fixation(P>0.05).Between the lens horizontally orientated and lens vertically orientated,the rate of PAS is more significant(P<0.01).Conclusion In this study,the incidence of PAS is higher but influence of vision and IOP was not significant.
