摘要
目的:通过干法灰化,湿法消解以及微波消解三种方法对虾粉进行前处理,并通过原子荧光光度计及电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)测定,对虾粉总砷的测定结果进行了比较。经试验,采用干法灰化-氢化物原子荧光法适合虾粉的总砷测定。
Obejictive:Diffferent pretreatment methods such as aryashing,wetdigestion,microwave digestion;research on determination of total arsenic content by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer and ICP-MS in shrimp powder were discussed.The best detemination of total arsenic content in shrimp powder is wetdigestion and by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer.
