便携式脱棉盘修磨机具的研制

介绍了一种便携式采棉机脱棉盘修磨机具。该机具的设计研制主要解决采棉机采收过程中,采棉机脱棉盘磨损后在田间地头进行快速磨削修复的问题。同时,还分析了该机具带来的经济效益和社会价值。机具设计经过了调研、试验、改进和再试验等环节,最终达到了较好的使用效果。机具可实现同时对再组18或20个脱棉盘组进行修磨,单组修磨时间在10min以内,磨削量为0~15mm/次,使用可靠性≥98%。通过对机具带来的经济效益分析,有力地证明了该机具研究价值和推广前景。

In this thesis,we describes a new portable doffer grinder.This implement design to solve the problems at the heavy wear doffer,which can be used at the edges of fields.In unison,the thesis pass the ball to me of the economic value and social value,the portable doffer grinder can afford for the large cotton picker.The farm implement design based on the course of investigation,experiment,improvement and experiment again,results showed good performance and satisfactory effect.The implements can simultaneously grind a group of 18 or 20 doffer grinders,it takes 10 minutes,Material Scratched by a single is 0～15mm,The application reliability rates were 98%.According to the analysis of the economic value,claim to be inspired the study on the value and further opens for this implement.
