摘要 在样机和大量生产实践的基础上,分析了比重去石机的工作原理、主要性能、特点及各参数之间的关系。基于SolidWorks对比重去石机进行了总体改进设计,并在此基础上进行了三维造型及仿真分析,阐述了应用SolidWorks进行三维设计的方法和过程。通过运用三维设计形象、直观、精确和快速的特点,使设计在改进总体外观造型的同时工作效率也明显提高,具有较高的实用价值。 Based on the prototype of the machine and the mass production practice,the analysis of working principle,main performance,characteristics and the relationships between various parameters of specific gravity stone separator has been done.The overall improvement design of specific gravity stone separator based on SolidWorks has been done,the three-dimensional modeling and simulation analysis have been conducted,describing the three-dimensional design methods and processes applying SolidWorks software.Through the use of three-dimensional design image which has intuitive,accurate and rapid characteristics,the design can not only improve the overall appearance but also improve the efficiency markedly,which has high practical value.
