摘要
介绍了一种新型电热鼓风干燥箱温度控制系统的设计方法,包括硬件设计和软件设计两部分。该系统以单片机AT89S52为核心,采用PID控制算法,能够实现对温控箱的温度进行检测、控制和显示,具有误差小和可扩展性强等特点,应用前景广泛。
One new temperature controlling system design method based on electrothermal blowing dry box is presented in the paper,including in hardware and software design.Single chip AT89S52 is core of the system,which can complete temperature measure,controlling and display by PID control algorithm.It is small error and better expensive.It has widespread prospects in many fields.
