摘要
基于常压气化炉模型,采用空气作为气化介质,对水分含量分别为1 0%,2 0%和3 0%的秸秆气化过程进行了研究,并计算了气化炉的主要性能指标。以气化效率最高为气化最佳运行工况点,计算了秸秆气化系统热利用率以及秸秆气化与煤混燃发电和秸秆直燃发电的供电成本。结果表明:秸秆水分含量和气化炉运行温度对气化过程及性能有较大的影响;随着运行温度升高,气化效率有一最大值,此值随秸秆水分含量增加而降低;秸秆气化合成气与煤混燃发电的供电成本低于秸秆直燃发电的供电成本,其差值随秸秆价格增加而增大。
Based on atmospheric gasifier's model,straw gasification process was studied and gasification performances were calculated as moisture content in straw changed in a range of 10% to 30% in weight.The optimum conditions were ascertained when gasification efficiencies reached its highest points;the straw utilization efficiencies,the power supply costs of synthetic gas co-firing and straw direct combustion were evaluated.It shows that straw moisture content and gasifier operation temperature can influence gasification performance greatly and the power supply cost of co-firing is less than that of straw direct combustion.
