棉种的优劣直接影响棉花的产量和质量,而机器视觉技术在种子的检测与分级中发挥重要的作用。为此,基于机器视觉技术,分析了脱绒棉种分选系统在硬件方面关键技术的研究现状,总结了脱绒棉种在图像处理中的分选算法,并随着分选的自动化与智能化的不断提高,提出了今后的发展趋势。

The cotton seed directly impacts on cotton yield and quality.Machine vision technology plays an important role on the seeds of detection and classification.Based on machine vision technology,this article analyzes the research of the separating system in the key technology of hardware and summarizes the current sorting algorithm on image processing;With the improvement of the automation and intelligent,the article points out the developing trend in future.
