摘要
教师教学质量评价是教学评价的一个重要组成部分,是提高教师教学质量,加强教学管理的重要举措。该文结合工作实践,就高职院校教师教学质量评价中目前存在的问题,以及广东文艺职业学院近几年来实施教师教学质量评价的实践,进行阐述和分析,并对此问题展开思考。
The evaluation of teachers teaching quality is an important part of instructional evaluation,it＇s an important measure for improving the teachers＇ teaching quality and strengthen teaching management.Combine with my own working practice,this paper discusses and analyses the problem which concerns that the existing problems of the evaluation of teaching quality at higher vocational school,and the practice of implement the evaluation of teachers teaching quality in Guangdong literature and art vocational school.
