The expert evaluation of Environmental Impact Statement has been one of procedures to reach environmental protection approval, which is to identify the quality of Environmental Impact Statement and bring forward great ideas for it. The paper mainly analyses the opinions of the various groups about the expert evaluation of Environmental Impact Statement and further discusses the existent problems.
