HMM在潜在电子故障识别及状态评估中的应用

摘要 应用HMM(hidden markov model)故障诊断原理对多状态系统的故障模式进行了识别,在此基础上利用多状态系统可靠性分析对HMM模型进行修正,进一步运用Viterbi算法求得最优状态序列,实现对系统所处故障模式的状态进行评估,并进行了实验验证。结果表明,该方法能够较好解决多状态电子系统的故障模式识别问题,并能对系统所处的失效状态进行有效评估。
