摘要
运动控制是包装机械中的关键部分。提出一种基于嵌入式操作系统的包装机械运动控制器的设计方法。给出系统的总体设计方案,详细讨论运动控制器及其驱动器软硬件的设计和实现方法。这种设计方法能提高包装机械设计的自动化技术水平,具有一定的借鉴意义。
Motion control is very important for packaging machinery. A design method of embedded Operation System （OS） based motion controller for packaging machinery is proposed in this paper. The overall system structure is presented, and the hardware and software design and implementation of the motion controller and its driver are discussed in detail. This proposed method can promote the application of automation technology for packaging machinery design, and is a referential example.
