摘要
基于我国经济适用房建设的现状,分析了建设中存在的融资瓶颈制约问题,设计了PPP模式在经济适用房项目中应用的运作程序,并提出了加强PPP模式在经济适用房建设中应用的相关保障措施.
On account of the current situations of economically affordable housing construction in China,this paper analyses the existing problems such as the restriction by financing bottleneck,contrives the construction operation procedures of PPP（Public-Private-Partnerships） model applied in economy housing projects,and presents relevant security measures to strengthen its application in the construction.
