On Education Management of Foreign Students in Local Colleges

地方高校在外国留学生教育事业中承担着重要角色.针对目前地方高校留学生教育发展现状,从确立外事归口管理体制,促进不同社会和文化的融合,强化留学纪律教育,加强留管干部队伍和专业教师队伍建设等方面,提出了加强外国留学生教育管理及相关对策.

Local colleges play an important role in foreign student education.According to current situation of foreign student education in local colleges,this paper puts forward ideas and related countermeasures to enhance education management of foreign students from promoting fusion of various societies and cultures,strengthening discipline education of foreign students and reinforcing team foundation of foreign student management cadres and professional teachers.
