普通工科院校创业型人才培养思考

Thoughts of Entrepreneurial Personnel Training in Common Engineering Colleges

通过分析我国开展创业教育的必要性和面临的严峻形势,阐述了普通工科院校在创业型人才培养方面的先天优势与后天不足.提出普通工科院校应设计出符合自身特色的创业人才培养模式,在改革人才教育体系、组织开展创业竞赛、开拓创业见习基地等方面开展相关研究与实践,并协调好创业教学与实践、创业技能与人格之间的关系,着重培育大学生的创业意识与创业技能.

Through analyzing the necessity and serve situation faced when enterprise education carried out in China,this paper expounds the innate advantage and acquired deficiency of common engineering colleges in entrepreneurial personnel training and points out that to common engineering college should design entrepreneurial personnel training model in accordance with self feature,carry out related studies and practices in reforming talent education system,organizing entrepreneurial competition and exploiting entrepreneurial probation base,coordinate the relationship between teaching and practice as well as entrepreneurial skill and personality and emphatically cultivate college students＇ pioneering consciousness and entrepreneurial skills.
