Questionnaire and Analysis of College Infringing Events in Ethnic Minority Regions

我国高等教育立法滞后,使得高校侵权事件处理的理论与实践存在着矛盾.通过对民族地区高校大学生问卷调查分析,发现大学生对法律权利和高校与自身之间法律关系并不清晰.因此,要明确高校与学生之间特定的法律关系,民族地区高校培养学生的维权意识应注重权利意识培养的理性回归,增强对其权力本身的教育.

The delay of higher education legislation causes contradictions between theories and practices in handling college infringing events.Through questionnaire analysis of college students in ethnic minority regions,this paper concludes that college students do not have a clear cognition of legal rights and legal nexus between colleges and themselves,so we should clarify the special legal nexus between colleges and students.To cultivate students＇ right-safeguarding consciousness,colleges in ethnic minority regions should pay attention to rational regression of right consciousness cultivation and enhance students＇ education of rights themselves.
