摘要
社会工作者是从事社会工作的专门人员,在预防和解决社会问题、维护社会安定有序、促进社会进步过程中发挥着重要作用。胜任素质模型是一项能够推进社会工作者能力建设的先进的人力资源管理工具。本文根据国内外胜任素质的建模经验与成果,通过对社会工作者特质的分析,从理论范式上构建出我国社会工作者的宏观和微观胜任素质模型框架,可为社会工作者人才队伍建设与社会工作的推进以及和谐社会的构建做有益探索。
Social workers are engaged in professional social work,and they play an important role in preventing and solving social problems,safeguarding social order and stability,and promoting the social progress.Competency model is an advanced human resources management tool,which can promote capacity of social worker.According to domestic and international competency modeling experiences and the analysis of the characteristics of social workers,to build a macro model and micro model for the competency of social workers can benefit our exploration into the building of social worker contingence,the promotion of social work,and the building of harmonious society.
