新形势下医学院校医德教育的现状及对策

Briefly on the Current Situation of the Education of Medical Ethics in Universities of Medicine

职业道德教育是社会道德体系的重要组成部分,而医德教育是当前道德建设的重要突破口。医学院校学生职业道德教育研究涉及到医学教学的实际情况,有着特殊重要的意义。目前,我国医学院校医德教育在教育观念、教育方式方法、教师设置等问题上存在诸多不足。所以,医学院校应加强医德教育课程体系建设,培养高素质的教师队伍,完善医德教育评价体系,增强医德教育的实效性。

Education of professional morality is a component of social morality,and education of medical ethics serves as a breach of the current building of morality,because the study of medical ethics involves the reality of medical education.At present,there exist a lot of defects in conception of education,the method of education and arrangement of teachers in this regard.Therefore,it is imperative for universities of medicine to promote and deepen the curriculum building about medical ethics,to cultivate teachers of high fibres,to improve evaluating system so as to develop the efficacy of medical ethics education.
