Clinical Study on Treating Sick Sinus Syndrome With Tiaol Solution

调律冲剂由仙灵脾、黄芪、三七参、黄精、山楂、茶叶、炙甘草组成 ,具有温补心肾、化瘀复脉之功 ,临床用于治疗病态窦房结综合征取得较好疗效 ,且优于心宝丸对照组。提示调律冲剂有提高心率、增强心功能、抗心肌缺血等作用。

The Tiaolü solution consists of Xianlingpi (Epimedium), Huangqi (Astragalus Root), Sanqishen (Notoginseng), Huangjing (Agastache), Shanzha (Hawthorn fruit), Tea leaves and Zhigancao (Prepared licorice). It has the function of warming and invigorating the heart and kidney, removing blood stasis to restore pulse , which can be used in the treatment of sick sinus syndrome and the effect was better than the control group with Xinbao Pills. It indicated that this solution has effects on increasing heart rate, enhancing heart function and antagonizing the myocardial ischemia.
