克痹痛胶囊剂的止痛药效动力学研究

采用药理效应法 ,以止痛效应 (最大扭体次数的减少量 )为药效指标 ,进行了克痹痛胶囊剂的药效动力学研究 ,考察该胶囊剂的体内代谢情况 ,通过计算机程序 ,求得相关参数 ,证明本品药效动力学模型为二室开放模型。

The research was carried on with pharmacological effective method and analgesic effect (number reduction of maximum body twisting) was taken as drug effect index. Observe internal metabolism of the capsule, compute out the correlation parameter through computer program. It proved the capsule's pharmacodynamic model was two compartment open model.
