金华市举重后备人才培养现状

Current development of reserved weightlifter's training in Jinhua city

调查了金华市举重运动员的后备人才情况和培养方式、教练员队伍的基本状况,以及大众对举重的认识和看法,在对现状分析的基础上,提出了建立和完善金华市举重后备人才培养管理体制和运行机制的对策。

Reserved weightlifters and training methods in Jinhua city have been investigated in terms of coache＇s basic information and the public＇s understanding and views about weightlifting.On the basis of current situation analysis,the author proposes to establish and perfect the management and operation system to train the reserved weightlifter in Jinhua city.
