摘要 针对工程车辆中各机构液压双缸的同步作用,采用分流集流阀同步回路设计,运用AMESim软件中的液压仿真模块进行仿真分析,并通过试验对同步特性进行研究。仿真及试验结果表明,采用分流集流阀回路能够较好的满足同步性,同时AMESim仿真结果与试验相符合,具有较高的可信度。 Aiming to the synchronizing movement of the two hydraulic cylinders in mechanical structure of construction vehicle,it adopted the design of dividing-combining valve synchronous circuit,and applied the hydraulic simulation module of AMESim software to conduct a simulation analysis,and studied the synchronicity through experiments.It proved that,applying dividing-combining valve circuit could meet the design of synchronization;meanwhile,the simulation analysis was in accordance with the experiments,which was of high reliability.
