摘要 目的:为了了解医务人员的营养认知水平,寻求医务人员营养教育的有效途径和方法。方法:采用随机问卷调查方法,对金华市区两家医院822名医务人员进行营养知识、态度等问卷调查。结果:医务人员营养知识测评成绩与专业技术资格高低成正相关,临床医学专业的得分明显高于护理、医技及药学专业(P<0.001)。结论:医务人员营养知识较为欠缺,亟须搭建营养教育平台,多途径、多渠道地提高医务人员营养健康教育能力。 To study an effective approach and method of nutrition education for medical staff.Methods: Random questionnaire was adopted in this study.Totally 822 medical staffs in different two hospitals were included,and they finished the questionnaires which involved nutrition knowledge and attitude.Results: The result showed that the mark of the test is positively correlated to the professional quality.The score in therapist group is higher than that of the nurses and the pharmacy professional groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.001).Conclusion: Being short of nutrition knowledge was an important problem among medical staffs.Therefore,it was possible to construct a platform for nutrition education so as to improve the abilities of nutrition education by multi-pathway and channels.
