西部物流人才需求分析——以成都市为例

The Demand of Logistics Talent in Western China——Example as Cheng du

西部大开发战略全面实施的今天,西部物流正以迅猛态势发展,人才是西部物流发展的大瓶颈。本文通过对成都市物流人才需求现状、需求特征等分析,探索西部高职物流教育未来人才培养的方向。

With the implementation of the strategy for the development in the western China,logistics industry of western China has presented the swift and violent development situation.The lack of talent resources is one of the main obstacle in the developing logistics industry.Based on the detailed investigation and analysis on logistics industry in Chengdu,this paper draws some exploratory conclusions about the status quo,characteristics and areas of the demand of logistics talent in western China.Furthermore,we made an exploratory discuss on the new development direction of the logistics talent-training in Higher Vocational Colleges in Western China.
