摘要
针对辅助锅炉液位快速下降的现象,分析确认为省煤器低点排放管导淋出现应力性断裂引起泄漏。省煤器导淋由于长期处在酸性冷凝液中,逐渐腐蚀并减薄,最后发生断裂事故。在省煤器导淋箱底部加装一个排凝导淋,且长期处在全开状态,避免冷凝液的积累。
Aiming at a quick drop of the level in donkey boiler it is confirmed through the analysis that a stress break of the drain on economizer low-point eductor has caused a leakage.As the economizer drain is for a long time placed in an acidic condensate and becomes thinner due to a gradual corrosion and finally broken. A drain for discharging condensate is added at the bottom of economizer and in a normally-open state to avoid the concentrate accumulation.
