锅炉给水泵轴封改造

RETROFIT TO SHAFT SEAL OF BOILER FEED-WATER PUMP

针对高压锅炉给水泵轴封泄漏问题,对较大窜量的锅炉给水泵的轴封由填料密封改为机械密封。冲洗水采用机械密封循环液由密封室中的泵送环送出,经过冷却器返回到密封室;密封结构采用大弹簧拨叉结构传动。泵机械密封改造开车后密封性能优良,消除了轴封经常性泄漏故障,机械密封稳定运行时间达1 a以上。

Considering the leakage from shaft seal of HP boiler fed-water pump the change from packing seal to mechanical seal is made to the shaft seal of boiler fed-water pump.The circulation liquid for mechanical seal is used as flush water and pumped out from sealing chamber and then recycled back to the chamber via a cooler with the seal structure being one of big spring moving fork.The sealing performance is excellent after the retrofit and a stable running is up to over one year.
