通过分析尿素合成塔液位调节阀多次出现卡涩或自身突然动作的现象,确定了故障原因是调节阀定位器放大器膜片老化龟裂渗漏、执行机构气缸两端的"O"型环处漏气造成的。制定方案并实施了在线检修,对定位器进行清洗、检修、校准,更换执行机构气缸两端的"O"型环,消除漏点,确保了生产的稳定。

By analyzing a phenomenon of multi-appeared valve stuck or a sudden valve malfunction the cause for the fault is defined as an aged chap of amplifier diaphragm on the valve loeator resulting in air leakage from ＂O＂rings at both ends of execution cylinder. Response options are formulated and online maintenance is implemented including locator cleaning/repair/calibration, replacement of ＂O＂rings and elimination of leak points. Thus, a stable operation is ensured.
