"以人为本"理念是指导高校学生管理工作的主要方向,树立"以人为本"理念既是构建和谐校园的需要,也是高校在新形势下培养合格人才的需要。当前高校学生管理工作中还没有完全按照"以人为本"理念的要求进行,主要表现为高校学生管理工作中没有确立学生的主体地位、管理制度缺乏人本关怀以及工作方法缺乏创新。为了在高校学生管理工作中贯彻"以人为本"理念,就要从高校学生管理工作的观念、规章制度和工作方法等方面进行创新与完善。
