摘要 "主题研修培训模式"的构建,旨在解决学员自由支配的研修时间和研修资源问题。该模式以集中培训和分散研修相结合为特征,充分体现了"以学员的发展为本"的培训理念,拥有传统培训模式所不具备的优势。该模式的构建以研究教师的"实然需求"为前提,并以此为依据,制定科学可行的培训目标、富有针对性的讲座和研修主题以及科学的研修方式,大大增强了培训的实效性。 The aim of "the Model of Theme Studies and Training" is to solve the problem of learner control of the study time and resources.The characteristic of the model is the combination of centralized training and school-based studies and training,which embodies the training belief of learner-oriented development and which possesses the advantages that the traditional mode of training does not have.The building of the model is based on the study of the "actual needs" of the teacher,which is the basis for setting down scientific and feasible goals,purposeful lectures and themes,and scientific modes of studies and training,thus greatly enhancing the effectiveness of training.
