摘要
本研究在全纳教育理念下运用文献资料法、实验法对青少年学生体质弱势群体的体质健康状况进行了干预研究。结果显示,干预对于学生的身体形态方面的体重测量指标具有显著效果,其他方面的变化不具有显著性;能够有效的提高学生的生理机能上的评价指标水平;能够有效的提高身体素质各方面测量指标的成绩。最后结合实验干预的具体情况,从教师的提高、运动处方的制定、与家长沟通三方面提出了相应的建议。
In the perspective of inclusive education,this paper makes a research on the intervention of the physical health status of the vulnerable group of young students by means of literature and experiments.The results show that the intervention has an obvious effect on the measurement of body weight in the aspect of the student's physical shape,while other changes are not significant;it can effectively improve their physiological function on the index level;and it can effectively improve the measurement index in all aspects of the physical quality.Finally,based on the specific circumstances of the experimental intervention,corresponding suggestions are put forward concerning the three aspects of the improvement of the teachers,the prescription of the exercises and the communication with the parents.
